So, when I started The Dazzle Real Estate Group, I was really focused on “What can we do to provide our clients with the maximum amount of value? What can we do that other people aren’t doing that’s going to make buying or selling a home a better experience for our clients?”
So let’s talk about listing your home. When you list your home with The Dazzle Real Estate Group the first thing we’re going to do is have The Dazzle Cleaning Company come out and do a top to bottom deluxe deep cleaning of your home. Then we’re going to have The Dazzle Carpet Cleaning trucks and we’re going to steam clean all your carpets, and clean your tile and grout. And then we’re going to have the Dazzle Window Washers come out, they’re going to clean the interior and exterior of your windows. This is because you’re going to want to have your home sparkling clean when you put it on the market for photos, videos, and viewings.
After that we’re going to have a landscaper come out. We work with these guys all the time. They’re going to do a cleanup for you so you have maximum curb appeal when people first show up to your home. If you have a condo, we’ll clean up your balcony. If you have a townhouse we’ll clean out that little area around your townhouse.
Next, we’ll have a handyperson come out. They’ll be looking for things that might be viewed as a negative to a potential buyer. Squeaky doors, drawers that don’t go in properly, they’re going to get that stuff all fixed up for you.
Then we have a professional stager come on. They’re going to help you see your home through the lens of a potential buyer so we can maximize everything you already have, maybe take some things out, maybe add some things.
Finally, we have a real estate photographer. She’s the best! She only does real estate photography. 90% of real estate searches start online. In Seattle, that’s probably 100%. So it’s really important to have good photos and videos.
